Geneva 2016: SsangYong Tivoli XLV unveiled

Taking the centre stage was the SsangYong Tivoli. The car was launched in the Korean market in January last year and is now set to make its way to India. Developed on the Korean car maker's latest design language, 70% car is made of High Strength Steel. In the international market the Tivoli comes with petrol and diesel engine options. Tivoli is the first newly developed model my SsangYong since Its acquisition by Mahindra.
Aside from the Tivoli, Mahindra also displayed the XUV Aero Concept. Designed in-House at the Mahindra design Studio on Kandivli, Mumbai, the XUV Aero Concept is a coupe crossover. It sports an aerodynamic design and a bold stance. The XUV Aero Concept sports Mahindra mHawk engine that churns out 210 horses. Mahindra claims that the car can do a the 0-60kmph dash in under 6 seconds.
At the 2016 Auto Expo, Mahindra's electric e2o just got that much aggression. The Nashik based car maker unveiled its all electric performance car - the e2o sport. With power of 80kW the e2o can do the 0-100kmph dash in 8 seconds. The range too has been increased to 200km. Technical specifications aside, the e2o even gets a sporty design with lower ground clearance, side skirts and more.
